11/23/17 SOME UPDATES

Hi, recently I received some emails from fans with help in updating the website. I know I hardly get to it but I am still paying for the infinite and then I still recollect if January in some ways and experience it'due south worth the money to keep it up at least for another while. I had an e-mail from DL with some photos to be added to a folio on the website. Thank yous for that. Hither is a peek until the page is set.

Also I recently noticed that Jan was at a photo signing, may be in 2015. It's hard to believe that he would go out of his comfort zone to attend ane of those sci-fi fairs only he did just that. Had I known I may have flown down to finally meet him just it was not to exist. Hither are some links to those pics. I wrote this final twelvemonth only it doesn't look similar I've posted it so I volition post it now even though information technology may exist a fleck late...... I don't know about y'all only I got my copy of the long awaited Biography about Jan. The volume is written by David Grove and is availble to buy on Amazon. I had to leafage through it right away to meet what it all entails. Information technology looks very well orginized with photos throughout and at the dorsum is my proper name. Woo hoo, never seen that before. Glad information technology's etched in there forever every bit well equally many other names of form who helped in some mode in making of this book. I know it's a stupor that first I have ii updates in one day and also that Jan did another interview. That is amazing. He looks pretty well the aforementioned as last time, didn't age much, except for his middle that I think has glaucoma or cataract, not sure which just he looks pretty expert. He even so has so much hair and I still honey that grin, it still warms me up. Despite him being put on the spot again I'thousand proud of him for the courage he has to face up it. I actually found some time to add a few more pics and articles in the new collection. I'm e'er happy when I have something new to add fifty-fifty if it is in a language I don't understand. I'grand greatful to this fabilous magazine Cine that had Jan on the cover so many times. Had to prove you this. Information technology's very rare that I see Jan's flick Defiance for which this website is named on Idiot box so here is a screenshot of it. It was on yesterday and I taped it so I can watch on my own time and more than than once. Also, every now and then I become messages from fans out there who are still loving Jan. A couple were from Commonwealth of australia and such lovely things were said, such every bit: "I Would Like To See Air Wolf Render, To TV a New Series , Can Simply Dream ,A Bell 430 every bit The Lady." another ane says: "I practise nevertheless recollect Jan is the most handsome man I've ever seen, especially in the Airwolf flightsuit. Hi, everyone, promise you are doing well. Every at present and so we get some new material nigh Jan's career to look over. Either way we're happy to have it or at least I am. I hope Jan is doing well after his surgery and is getting used to life without his foot. He's been a surviver against many other challenges and I don't see this will be any different. I hope the new year's day is finding all of y'all and Jan well and in practiced spirits. The Christmas flavor was spent well with lots of food, presents and most importantly family. Nosotros had no snowfall then only are making up for it now. Plus it'due south been mighty cold, just yesterday it was -21C. Hopefully we will defrost presently.

At concluding nosotros have some news on Jan, expert news and bad news. The proficient news is that he is still alive and living, well somewhere. I really don't know if he's still in MS or somewhere else nearby. He is still with his wife and the ii of them live quietly in a nice little house. He even so remembers most things well-nigh his life though he's reluctant to talk about it. Weather prehaps he regrets some things like his drinking or he just likes to leave the past in the past no one knows but he lives in a quiet surface area, sits on his porch and seems content. The bad news is he had some sort of surgery and and then a bad infection that took a function of his right leg. He now gets around with a prosthetic leg and a walker.

Thanks to Alex in Frg who brought this link to my attention. Virtually of you may have seen it by now but it is new to me and I'm sorry nearly Jan'south leg but he still has his life and that is something astonishing.

Yeah, sir, some other yr has gone by, much too quickly if you ask me. I promise new year has started off good for you. The cease of 2013 was not so proficient for me, ended up in the ER with pneumonia. Finally, getting better now but the later part of Dec I spent in bed. I had no thought how pneumonia can knock you right off your anxiety. I promise information technology doesn't come back any time soon. In the meantime Alex in Federal republic of germany has sent us an article from a German magazine from 2010 that mentions Jan having a grandchild. There is really no way to tell when the inspiration might come over me to update this website. It is sporadic that is for sure. Every now then Jan nonetheless comes to my mind and I wonder how he is doing. I hope he is nonetheless around and is doing equally well as can be. I've non seen any of his films on Television receiver lately but that is non to say that Airwolf or some moving picture is non playing somewhere in the world. My world is doing all correct. My grandson is growing like a weed and is such a cute fiddling boy. I spend a lot of time with him and enjoy it very much. Has anyone heard if Amber ever had a child? I've not seen anything most her. I hope she is well also. I can't really requite yous any updates on January because there aren't any that I know of and really just to know that he's nevertheless out at that place somewhere is enough for me. I did just pay again for another year of this webspace then we shall see what happens.

To starting time off with I only noticed this little moving picture, really someone's home flick of January afterward filming Large Wednesday. The picture show is chosen CACTUS Railroad vehicle.
